State Fair and NAKIE!!

Wow it has been a while yet again I have just been so busy but good news! Lots of work to upload! XD!

Alrighty so a while back I entered a painted egg into the State Fair of Texas, and have received second place! I will try to find the pictures of me working on the egg and a better close up, but for now I have these ones from the fair with the ribbon. It will stay on display until the end of the fair and then it will come back home.

Some of you might remember my pet rat Anaibus [link]
or better known as “Boca Raton” sadly he passed away last April he was 2 ½ years old which is pretty long and old for a little rat. Not to mention he went on various cross country trips as well like from Oregon to California and back and then from Oregon to Texas too!(Man oh man trying to find an airline willing to fly a rat was a nightmare but we found one! XD!! )

And now another new member of the family has been added! Yes another rat too! His name is Enigma and he is a hairless rat, but his nick name is Nakie! XD! Because well he is naked after all. But I just thought he was the cutest thing on earth and his skin is so soft and warm too! And I love watch the little wrinkles and fat rolls in his skin as he moves about too! So he is our new little Naked Friend.

Otherwise school has kept me pretty busy but I am finding time here and there for art and myself as always just been busy.
